The Kincardine Pathfinders and Rangers celebrated Thinking Day (Lord and Lady Baden Powell's birthday) Tuesday, Feb. 22, by making Traditional Mexican Chicken Enchiladas. Mexico is one of the World Centres of Guiding, the others being England, Switzerland and India. Pathfinder Natalie Potter led the cooking process, with her willing helpers Pathfinders Shoshana Jarvis and Kaleigh Murphy-Burton, and Ranger Christiane Ritter, all under the watchful eye of Guider Liz Dadson.
