Tea Orange Turkey Breast

Juice of 1 orange
8 turkey breast cutlets
1tbsp all purpose flour
1/4tsp finely ground dry oolong tea
1/4tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1/4tsp ground ginger
2tbsp olive oil

Pour half of the orange juice over the turkey cutlets and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 30 mins. Put the flour, dry tea, salt, pepper, and ginger in a large resealable plastic bag. Add the turkey and shake until evenly coated.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the turkey and cook on both sides until browned, (approx 12 mins). Drizzle with remaining orange juice.
Serves 8

Before World War ll, 40% of all tea drunk by Americans was green tea. However, when supplies of green tea from China and Japan were cut off, while supply lines from India and Ceylon remained open, Americans switched to drinking black tea.
