Kincardine council was prepared to give final approval to an agreement with the Bluewater Snowmobile Club for a snowmobile trail across property in front of the Tiverton Sports Complex, at the meeting Wednesday night (March 2). However, councillor Maureen Couture questioned where the trail was going to be. Chief administrative officer John deRosenroll said there was to be a map with the bylaw which had already received first and second reading. He said the issue could be postponed a week until that map is available for council to review. Council agreed, and deferred final reading of the agreement bylaw with the snowmobile club, until the next meeting March 9.
