To the Editor: I too love to see this particular tree and have photographed it in all seasons. I have also created a piece of fibre art featuring it, that has been exhibited in the Homer Watson Gallery in Doon, Ontario. This tree is a precious example of natural beauty ... it must be left alone ... and it sits on a good stretch of straight highway. What folly to think of removing it ..... a desecration!
