The water connection charge of $2,600 for a residential water service connection and $3,100 for a non-residential water service connection, calculated as part of the north end sewer project, will only apply to properties that were not previously serviced with municipal water. This charge will not apply to existing developed properties that are already connected to the municipal water system.
