Spring doesn't officially arrive
until Monday (March 21), but the mild, breezy temperature makes you
feel as if it has already arrived.
The snow is melting and the run-off is causing some havoc with fields, parks and lawns looking more like lakes, and plenty of water running along the roadways and, in some places, such as Millennium Way in Kincardine, across the roads.
