Spring Swim Lessons Register now for Spring
Swim Lessons. Registration deadline is April 11.
Lessons run for nine weeks beginning the week of April 16. SMART SERVE COURSE The program is for servers, bartenders, door staff, security, golf course marshals, managers, licensees or anyone who will be working in areas where alcohol is sold and served under a Liquor Sales License or a Special Occasion Permit. When: Wednesday, April 6 Cost: $35.40 + HST = 40 Time 6-9:30 p.m. Location: Kincardine Seniors Room (top of both ramps) PILATES Come

strong body and enhance your stamina and confidence.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERSIn the
beginner class you will learn safe and user-friendly, fitness-oriented
postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Basic yoga
postures will emphasize deep breathing and mindful awareness of
movement. SPRING FITNESS BUNDLE April 4 to June 24 Make
a commitment to get in shape for Spring. A wide variety of classes
is available to suit your interests. Classes include Functional
Fitness, Zumba, Cardio Blast, Weight Cardio/Interval and Land Boot
Camp. Four morning and four evening classes are offered.
