Lots
going on at the arena these days. Come out to see the Tiverton
Thunder PeeWees play in their series against Howick, Tuesday
night at 7 p.m., and the Tiverton Thunder Atoms take on Normanby
on
Wednesday at 7 p.m. in their series for the WOAA Championship. Get to
the arena and cheer on our local talent! Soccer Registration Tiverton Minor Sports Soccer final registration date is Tuesday, March 22, from 6:30-8 p.m., at the Tiverton Arena. Contact Janet Adams at 519-368-7618 for more information. WMS The March meeting of the Tiverton Women's Missionary Society was held on Wednesday, March 9, with Alberta Smith residing. Alberta welcomed everyone and told a story about "Why go to Church?" The roll call was answerwed with a verse about strangers. June MacKenzie read the Scripture: Luke 11 verses 5 to 13, followed with a prayer by Velma Hendry. The study Topic "Why get involved with Strangers" was presented by Rosemary Grover. Alberta read an "Irish Wish" then closed the meeting with a prayer. The next meeting of the W.M.S. will be held on Wed. April 13 at 2PM in the church activity room with June Mackenzie presiding. The roll call will be a bible verse naming a colour.
