The power outages Friday night (April 1) are a mystery. Lisa Milne, chief executive officer of Westario Power, says there were complaints from Kincardine area customers that the hydro had gone out briefly several times, beginning at about 4:45 p.m. She says the cause was a loss of supply from Hydro One, through the main feeder line into Kincardine. However, Westario Power and Hydro One crews were out patrolling and could not find the actual cause.
