Last week, students from Kincardine District Secondary School competed in the Bluewater Regional Skills Competition. During this annual event, students competed in a variety of technical challenges with the winner of each category advancing to further competitions. Brandon Twolan won first place in the Small Powered Equipment category. He had to diagnose faults in both a two- and four-stroke motor and solve some electrical circuit challenges. This is the second year he has won this challenge and he now advances to the Near North Regional Competition in Barrie on April 16.
