Southampton United Church was treated to some unusual fare on Sunday after its Annual General Meeting.

In keeping with the Church's twinning with Divine Saviour Methodist Church in Cali,Colombia, the congregation had the opportunity to enjoy an authentic South American, Colombian lunch.  The meal consisted of fresh avocado and limes, chunky banana, chicken vegetable soup-stew, fresh baked tortillas and black bean soup.

The meal was overseen by Luz Duque and her daughter Gina, both formerly of Columbia but who now live in Canada.
