Congratulations to the Roots of Bruce! More than 800 students from Bruce and Grey counties attended the two-day event last week, showcasing the agricultural activities in the county. This committee always welcomes new volunteers and committee members. Elaine Lang of Walkerton is the chairperson and contact person.

Jim and Fran Farrell travelled to Hespeler for a birthday celebration for their brother-in -law, James Burmaster, on Sunday, and also visited with Monty and Chris and Tyson VanDesype of Guelph. 

Happy Birthday to Wendy Smith, Tyson VanDesype, Cheryl Bridge, and Janet Nixon this month. 

Congratulations to the Bervie United Church folks for another great meal at Kinloss Community Centre. The great food made up for the cool weather. 

Mary Anne Kukoly and Irene Liddle were among the folks calling on Mary Black to wish her a Happy Birthday. Phyllis Hunter visited with Mary Anne.
