Students at St. Anthony's School were outside Tuesday morning cleaning up the school yard as part of Earth Week activities. However, while teachers were directing the primary students on grounds clean-up, other staff members were outside because the fire alarm went off and they were waiting for the Kincardine Fire Department to arrive. Some staff reported that there was a smoky haze in the staff room. Firefighters arrived and checked things out before allowing anyone back inside. Meanwhile, the students continued their work, clearing the school yard of any garbage and debris. Grace Gudelj, Grade 2, does her part to help the environment
