The Cherubs choir performs the finale of its concert, "The Two-by-Two Zoo Cruise," in the Ark

The story of Noah and the Ark never sounded so good.

The Cherubs Choir of Pine River United Church is performing an upbeat, lively musical at the church on Sunday, May 1. "The Two-by-Two Zoo Cruise tells this famous Biblical story with a few comic twists.

Hang on to your funny bone, because there are a couple of moments that will test it. For example, the leopards don't want to be located beside the lions because they roar. But Noah tells them: "Leopards can't change their spots."

It's a delightful rendition of the story and the youngsters, ages four to 10, are wonderful on stage.

The concert, under the direction of Patt Lowry, begins at 11 a.m.
