Spring weather seems to have arrived finally. Wednesday was bright and sunny, but the wind was still a bit chilly. The flowers are blooming, the grass is growing, fields are being planted, and the Kincardine Arts Centre project is nearing completion. Rain is in the forecast as we head into the weekend.
