Re: Township refuses to change its wind energy policies

The following statement is a complete lie:
"The Green Energy Act sets regulations for the development of wind energy projects that are among  the toughest in the world."

Wind Turbines (Minimum Distances from Residential Premises) Bill [HL] (United Kingdom)
(4)   If the height of the wind turbine generator is—

(c)   greater than 100m, but does not exceed 150m, the minimum distance requirement is 2000m;

d)   greater than 150m, the minimum distance requirement is 3000m.
