All things musical took centre stage Wednesday night as Kincardine Township-Tiverton Public School hosted its "Spring Music Night." Students, staff and members of the press had a preview of the show Tuesday afternoon during the dress rehearsal. Performing in the concert were the KTTPS concert band, several festival soloists, the Grades 4/5 handbells group, and the choir. Led by music teacher and band director Shelley Van Veghel, the students provided a glorious sound, from the melodic tones of the handbells playing "Amazing Grace" and "What a Wonderful World," to the individual melodies of instrumental solos, to the fire and fury of the concert band. It was a magnificent show and a terrific display of talent.
