Tea Turkey Burgers
1 lb ground turkey
2 eggs
2 tbsp chopped celery
2 tbsp finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground dry green tea
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 c panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
Combine all the above ingredients in a medium bowl and mix together
lightly. Form mixture into patties. Cook approx 8 minutes per side.
When pouring tea, always serve the guest of honour first and yourself
last. Pour from the right side of the guest.
