A hungry crowd turned out for the Poor Boy's Lunch Friday at the Kincardine Legion. Hosted by the Kincardine Insurance and Investment Professionals, the event saw about 300 people enjoy pasta and sauce, salad, bread, beverages and dessert. That number is up significantly from last year for the inaugural event, said investment professional Matt Harvey, one of the organizers. While the insurance and investment professionals hosted the meal, they were joined by local celebrities and municipal officials, as well as members of Community Living of Kincardine and District.
