Tea Fruit Salad
1/2 c any brewed fruit tea
juice of one lemon
2 tsp honey
1 tsp chopped fresh mint
1 lb strawberries
1 lb blueberries
1 lb raspberries
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
During winter months when berries are unavailable they ;can be
substituted with winter fruit or frozen sugar free.
Combine the brewed tea, lemon juice, honey and mint. Put all fruit in a
large bowl. Pour the topping over the fruit before serving.
Iced tea is too pure and natural a creation not to have been invented as
soon as tea, ice, and hot weather crossed paths.
John Egerton
The pale liquor of white tea, considered the most subtle of teas, comes
from buds that are picked and processed before they've had time to
mature. This accounts for it having the smallest caffeine content of all
teas.
