Tea Fruit Salad

1/2 c any brewed fruit tea
juice of one lemon
2 tsp honey
1 tsp chopped fresh mint
1 lb strawberries
1 lb blueberries
1 lb raspberries
3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
During winter months when berries are unavailable they ;can be substituted with winter fruit or frozen sugar free.
Combine the brewed tea, lemon juice, honey and mint. Put all fruit in a large bowl. Pour the topping over the fruit before serving.

Iced tea is too pure and natural a creation not to have been invented as soon as tea, ice, and hot weather crossed paths.
