The "pit" area at Huron Heights Public School, Kincardine, was full of beautiful music last week and will continue this week as Kim Schubert's music class performs for the school during the afternoon. Wednesday (June 1), the Grade 7 class played a couple of numbers. Friday, it was the Grades 6 and 7 band. Coming up tomorrow (June 7), the Grade 6 students play at 1 p.m. Wednesday (June 8), it's the Grades 7 and 8 band at 1 p.m. And Friday (June 10), the entire senior band performs at 1 p.m. The performances are open to the public, at a cost of 50 cents per person, or a non-perishable item for the food bank.
