It's hard to believe that J'Adorn in downtown Kincardine is celebrating its first anniversary already.

"It's been almost a full year since we held our grand opening in August, 2010," says owner/operator Corinne Robertson-Brown.

The store is joining the other merchants in Lakeside Downtown Kincardine as part of the Summer Street Market Sunday, July 31, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Queen Street will be closed to traffic so people can wander and shop to their heart's content, enjoying lots of entertainment along the way.

At 1 p.m., acclaimed Toronto journalist and author Deirdre Kelly will be at J'Adorn to do a reading from her first book, "Paris Times Eight."

Also, in honour of the first anniversary of J'Adorn, customers can enjoy NO TAX storewide for three whole days: Saturday, Sunday and Monday, July 30-31 and Aug. 1 (Civic Holiday).
