I have viewed the letter you have posted from Jonmark Pierce. I understand that there is a need for different views so the public can hear all sides of a story, but it is time that news media take responsibility for what they are allowing to be posted or printed in their community paper. Jonmark Pierce is implying that people suffering from industrial wind turbines installations are looking for a buyout. This is unconscionable and I feel great sadness that you would post his letter. We have very serious problems in this province. We have a government that is so closely aligned with lobbyists and developers in the wind industry that there is absolutely no recourse for those suffering health effects. Please understand what I am saying. There is no recourse whatsoever. Affected families have properly followed all protocol within the government to lodge formal complaints. The government will not even investigate even as we have families who are living with other family or renting a second home while theirs sit empty as they plead with this government to help them. Those affected must hire lawyers and pray that we can get out in an effort to regain our health. How many people have the funds to get legal help? People hire lawyers as a last resort and out of desperation. When they do reach an agreement, the families are gagged by non-disclosures and cannot respond fully to this type of attack. It is very unfair and unbalanced. Our provincial government is suppressing information. It has known about these adverse health effects for a very, very long time and the ministries have been handed packets of evidence that is undeniable. I can guarantee you that posting that letter is killing those families who have been put through literal hell. Why would you do this to these families right in your community? What has happened to good judgement? Removing this post would be a start to helping these families heal instead of causing more harm and deepening wounds. I have been there. I did not want to leave my home either and two years later I am still furious at the injustice being dealt these people by so-called good-neighbour corporations. If I wanted my house purchased, I wouldn’t have built a costly garage/shop at the same time the towers were being erected and I most certainly wouldn’t be writing you a letter. If I wanted my house purchased, I would be sitting on the deck having a drink instead of slamming away at this computer trying to correct all of these bold lies that these companies and our government are confusing people with.

Please,
think about what you are doing. Your community members deserve more
respect than that.
By the way, there is ample health evidence on www.windvigilance.com and if you want to hear more about what has been happening globally to families with identical health issues in wind projects, you can let me know. I hope you research the issues and understand the implications of continuing this hurt by posting items dismissing these people, especially when they are your neighbours.
