Please note that the September general meeting has been changed (because of the Legion Week parade on the Sunday) to Monday, Sept. 26, at 7 p.m. Put the new date on your calendar.

The Legion Fun Golf will be held on Sunday, Aug. 14, at the Kincardine Golf Course. The fee of $35 includes prizes and dinner. The sign-up sheet is at the Legion bar. You do not need to be a member to participate.

The Sunset Quilters' Guild graciously donated a beautiful King-size quilt to the Legion for a raffle fund-raiser. All proceeds from the raffle go to the Legion Club room renovations. The tickets will be sold every Saturday during the Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band parade in front of the Library. You can also purchase tickets from any member of the Executive. The quilt is on display at the Legion Club room.

Legion Week will be held from Sept. 25 to Oct. 1. It will begin with a parade on Sunday, Sept. 25. During the week, there will be darts, euchre, bridge, shooter, bingo and a pasta dinner. Please watch for the schedule of events.
