Tea Orange Turkey Breast
Great love affairs start with Champagne and end with tisane.

Although tea production began in China, India produces the most tea.
juice of 1 orange
8 turkey breast cutlets
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp finely ground dry oolong tea
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
Pour half of the orange juice over the turkey cutlets and allow to sit
in the refrigerator for 30 mins. Put the flour, tea, salt, pepper and
ginger in a large resealable plastic bag. Add turkey and shake until
evenly coated.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the turkey and cook on both
sides until browned, approx 12 mins. Drizzle with the remaining orange
juice.
