RECREATION PROGRAMS AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE THIS FALL Child & Youth Programs ARCHERY Participants
follow the Can-Bow program that with each successful rating, a badge
is received. “JUST DANCIN’” Program
includes: jazz, creative dance and ballet. FALL SWIM PROGRAMS Swimming
lessons for everyone - six months & up Learning to swim saves lives
& promotes good fitness & life skills Adult & Senior Programs FALL FITNESS BUNDLE Get
in shape this fall. Morning and evening classes are available.
Classes include Zumba, Functional Fitness, Cardio Blast and
Stability Ball BEGINNERS YOGA Days
: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-7:15 p.m. (14 total classes) PILATES Come
and learn a safe effective way to strengthen your core, create a lean
strong body and enhance your stamina and confidence.

note Registration for all three sessions of volleyball will be done
through the Davidson Centre Office again this year. RECREATIONAL VOLLEYBALL Registration
begins at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, for all three sessions. Tuesday

Monday afternoon mixed bowling league is looking for some new
