A beautiful sunny day lying on the beach at Southampton and my space is invaded by the whiff of the noxious cigarette smoke. What to do?

No problem: excuse me would you mind smoking elsewhere. No expense for bylaw implementation; no expense for signage. Just common sense. And if your request is ignored move elsewhere.
