Kincardine District Secondary School is welcoming the Class of 2011 back to the school for Commencement Friday, Oct. 7. Congratulations to all the graduates!

The annual event is now held earlier in the year to coincide with Thanksgiving weekend in October, rather than in November.

Besides the presentation of Grade 12 diplomas, Commencement includes a speech by the valedictorian, and recognition of students for special achievement and those who are Ontario Scholars (maintained an average of 80 per cent or higher).
