The Tiverton Agricultural Society deserves a standing ovation for another well-planned, well-thought-out and fantastic fall fair weekend. What an excellent way of celebrating 150 years and a great start to another 150 years. I actually think my sister, Christi Broderick, and Donna Hendry tied for being the oldest at the fair. Well done, ladies! Up for the fair weekend and staying at Ken and Kelly Brown's were her sister, Kerri and Ashley Warwick, along with Jesse and Chris Miranda. Happy Birthday to Lisa Scott. She isn't even close to the 40-list with Kelly Brown. KNOX CHURCH NEWS The Knox Presbyterian Church Men's Group will be putting on a soup luncheon Monday, Oct. 17, noon in the church activity room. Cost is by donation. All money raised will go toward church projects.
