Donation to Goderich disaster relief will be matched by government grants |

Port Elgin Rotary of Saugeen Shores recently donated $5,000 to the Goderich Relief Fund. The donation is eligible for the government grants that will match funds by two to one so that the $5,000 becomes $15,000 for the Relief Fund. "You really can't appreciate the scope of the disaster unless you see if for yourself," says Rotarian Mark Kraemer. "The entire town square was just blown apart and it may take years to bring it back. but the people are amazingly resilient."
