On Saturday Nov. 26 the girls and boys Cougar volleyball teams of Northport School in Port Elgin travelled to Owen Sound West Hill Secondary School (WHSS) for a volleyball tournament.

The boys team went 12-0 to finish the tournament as undefeated champions! A great start to the season.

Both the boys and girls teams are currently the reigning

Bluewater Champions.

The girls team is also coming into form. They finished the round robin 4 –2 and finished in first place. This lead them into an exciting semi final that they lost in a tie-breaker 14-16.

The Cougars would like to thank their coaches, Mr. Dennis, Mr. Smith and Mrs. Gowanlock and all the parents who came out to support the teams!
