NEW GYMNASIUM! This fantastic work of art is open for programs as of Monday, Nov. 28. I know everyone is very excited to come in and see the space and I encourage you to do so. It is a very warm, welcoming and friendly environment that has something for everyone. WALKING TRACK The walking track officially opened Saturday, Nov. 26. The hours are Sunday to Saturday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. There is no set fee to use the track, however we will have a donation bucket near the entrance. All we ask is that indoor shoes are worn and only water be consumed while walking the track. There will be a coat rack and boot mat for your outdoor clothing and footwear. Apart from walking, there will be a lane on the outside edge of the track for joggers and runners to utilize. FITNESS CLASSES Fitness classes included in the bundle are changing around due to some personal reasons with the instructors. Not to worry, this is a chance to change up your work-out and try something new you might love! A couple OF examples of our new classes will be Strength and Stretch on Tuesdays. Very few people stretch as often as they should. After each work-out a good stretch held for eight seconds per movement should be done. How many people do that?
