Many changes expected in delivery of health care, hospital board told |

At the Nov. 23 meeting, the South Bruce Grey Health Centre board of directors was briefed on the many legislative changes that have taken place and avenues which are driving changes to health care delivery across the province. Many will impact the health centre and may affect the provision of programs and services in the future. Highlighted were the Ontario Ministry of Health’s new funding formula and new Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act requirements that take effect January 1, 2012, as well as the possibility of further health system restructuring.
