KDSS Knights girls hockey team downs St. Mary's, 8-1

The Kincardine District Secondary School Knights girls hockey team downed St. Mary's of Owen Sound, 8-1, at the Davidson Centre Thursday afternoon.

KDSS goal scorers were Hannah Davidson with a hat-trick, Sara Gossell and Cassidy Colhoun with two each, and a single goal from Morgan Padfield.

Assists went to Hailey Allen with two, Hannah Davidson, Courtney Surridge, Morgan Padfield, Sara Gossell, Carly Smith and Samantha Stewart-Ault with one each. 

Morgan Baker took the win in net.

The Knights are in the Lady Flames tournament in London next Tuesday and Wednesday.
