A long line-up forms to pay for the pounds and pounds of goodies purchased at the Knox Presbyterian Church, Tiverton, Cookie Walk, Saturday morning

If you arrived at the Knox Presbyterian Church, Tiverton, at 10:30 a.m., the event was all over, and the goodies were few.

The crowd was lined up at the door by 9:30 a.m., for the annual Cookie Walk, featuring trays and trays of a huge variety of cookies, as well as specialty cakes, fudge, candy, giant cookies, Christmas pudding, and much more.

Once the clock hit 10 a.m., people were allowed in, and quickly filled containers with the scrumptious sweets. They then had the containers weighed and paid for them, only to return moments later for more.

By about 10:30 a.m., the dust had settled and the tables were nearly empty. It was another successful event.
