Saugeen Shores senior bowling league, the Happy Gang, held its Christmas banquet on Thursday, December 15th at the Walker House in Southampton.
(L) Treasurer, Barb Cameron and President Barb Wilson (standing) The league bowls at the Sunset Lanes in Port Elgin every Thursday and is always looking for new members.
(R) Bob Trelford with brother-in-law Brynn Walters and his wife, Mary League coordinator, Jim Lablance and his wife Joan, recently received an award for serving 15 years on the South-Port board and also an award for four years for fund raising and publicity. "Bowling is a great form of exercise," says Lablance, "and it's a fun social time every week."
