Students from Kincardine Township-Tiverton Public School brought their many talents to Trillium Court Seniors' Community, Kincardine, as the band, hand bells band, and choir performed their Christmas program Tuesday morning. In the afternoon, the group travelled to Tiverton Park Manor to entertain the residents and guests there. Director Shelley Van Veghel led the band in opening the show with two pieces, "Huron Carol" and a lively rendition of "Here Comes Santa Claus." Small instrumental and vocal ensembles then performed, followed by the the hand bells band, and the choir singing "Christmas is a Feeling," and "It's a Candy Cane Kind of Christmas." The band ended the show with "Holly Jolly Christmas," and "Rudolph." Grades 5-8 students make up the band, while the choir consists of students in Grades 4, 5, 6 and 8; and the hand bells are played by Grades 4-5 students. The groups were accompanied by Van Veghel and Brenda Colquhoun. The KTTPS hand bells band plays "Jingle Bells"
