Dr. Gary Gurbin was surrounded by his staff and other well-wishers at the Kincardine Community Medical Clinic Tuesday when he celebrated his 70th birthday. The cake sported an Energizer Bunny because Gurbin is notorious for running all the time and never stopping. A long-time physician in Kincardine, Gurbin was also a Progressive Conservative MP from 1979-1988, and has always been a strong supporter of the economic development of Kincardine and area. He continues his medical practice in Kincardine and is also the lead physician in putting in place a Kincardine Family Health Team.
