WINTER FLYER IS OUT! The new winter flyer is ready for you to start looking through - make sure you mark down all the great activities you would like to attend. For your convenience, Page 5 has information for swim, skate, and fitness bundle schedules so it is right at your fingertips. The rest of the details regarding cost and dates are in the back section of the book. We also have all of our information on-line with easy to read sections you can print out, or save for quick access. FITNESS BUNDLES As a new year begins, so does a new fitness schedule. Make sure to check it out as some times and locations have changed. We are now offering a step class, a stretch and flow class which will take you through a series of stretches and poses to keep you fit and flexible, and many more! Zumba is being offered three times a week so keep up those dancing skills and by Easter you will be dancing up a storm! There are also some new prices so when you come in to sign up, be prepared for a few changes. NEW GYM and WALKING TRACK The walking track and new gym are now open! We will be looking at having specific drop-in times for the gym while no programs are in there, but for now only scheduled programs are running in the new gymnasium. The walking track is free of charge, and is open Sunday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Also, a reminder that people 12 years of age and older are allowed to be on the track. If you are under the age of 12, you are not permitted, even with adult supervision. REMEMBER TO BRING INDOOR RUNNING SHOES!
