The new year will bring new digs for Dynamic Hair Design, currently located beside Mac's Milk on Queen Street, Kincardine.

The full-service hair salon is setting up shop at 383 Kincardine Avenue, beside Edward Fuels, effective Jan. 3, 2012.

Owner/operator Stacy Wise says the new location has more room which is a great benefit since she is bringing in new services by her mother, Wendy Lamont, of Riversdale.

A retired nurse, Lamont will be doing manicures, pedicures and foot care for diabetics and those unable to trim their own toenails. Wise encourages people to literally "put their feet up and let us do the work."

The shop will also be providing full-body waxing, says Wise.

Besides Wise and Lamont, Dynamic Hair Design has three hairstylists: Jamie Fortney, Caitlin Kerr and Pam Doose.

The new location is wheelchair-accessible and has plenty of parking out front.

Wise has been operating her shop for almost seven years. It is open Monday, 9-6; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9-7; Friday, 9-6; and Saturday, 9-2.
