CAW wind turbine almost complete

Work on the new CAW wind turbine in Port Elgin is going ahead as planned, as seen in this night photo.

According to the photographer and nearby resident, Dan Weigand, workers were installing the blades on the night of January 25th with cranes and lights.

Despite the many deputations to the local town council, it appears that the turbine is a 'done deal'.
