DROP-IN GYM TIMES The
time has finally come! Our gym now has times available on the weekend for you to
drop-in and play one of the activities or sports set up. The gym will be split
up into thirds making it possible to have three activities going on at once.
There will be indoor soccer, basketball, and volleyball. Just a reminder that
children, aged 11 years and under, must be accompanied by an adult in the gym.
Indoor shoes are required at all times while in the gym and on the walking
track. ALL AGES WELCOME! FITNESS BUNDLES Get your spot now! Next week we will begin our fitness classes yet again, so get ready to work hard and have fun. We have a new schedule and new classes to suit your every need. Step
It Up will be a step aerobics class; Stretch and Flow will be a yoga-based stretch class; Stability Ball will give you a chance to work
mainly on the ball really giving your core a workout; Cardio Dance
will spice up your aerobics with a few new moves; Zumba will give you
a Latin twist on your everyday workout; and Functional Fitness will
provide a bit of everything giving you a variety of exercises. YOGA DATE CHANGE Just a note that due to personal reasons, Beginners Yoga will start Feb. 14 and end March 29. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, there are still spaces available for the session so feel free to sign up for the later start date.

BUS TRIP - "WAR HORSE" There are still spaces to see the magnificent theatrical adaptation of "War Horse." The coach bus will pick us up at 8:15 a.m. and take us into Toronto with a stop at the Eaton Centre for a bit of shopping, and then a matinee performance at the Princess of Wales Theatre. There are limited tickets available so please call or come in to get yours today! The trip will be on March 21 and will cost $125, including HST but not including meals. P.A. DAY Feb. 3 is our next P.A. Fun Day. We will be skating, swimming, playing games, doing crafts and just having a good time! Cost is $32 for the day and the camp runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can drop off starting at 8 a.m. and pick up as late as 5 p.m.For more information on these or other programs, contact the Rec.
