Saturday morning proved to be a success for the Green Machine as it downed Kincardine Team No. 3, 5-2, in Novice House League action.

Play was back and forth at the start. The second line got out on the ice and made things happen.

Planted in front was Bryan Nicholson. Dakota Christie Wylds got the puck in the paint, and Nicholson and Mack Beisel combined forces to get the puck to the mesh.

Beisel was dynamic as usual with his smooth skating and overall vision to make things happen.

Explosive was Cam Fletcher - several times he caught the defender flat footed. He potted one goal on the day, unassisted.

Emilio Colley-Aquino’s first appearance in goal was victorious with several saves and turn-a-ways.

Bailey Pierson, Gabby Legge, Carson Boettinger, David Ulak and all the Green Machine were skating hard and applying pressure on the puck.

Beisel tallied yet another hat-trick. Final score 5-2 for the Green Machine. Great work, kids.
