Letter Oddity with CAW wind turbine

Oddly enough, the same CAW wind turbine blades that were installed on January 25 were removed on January 26.  The following is a photo of the turbine without blades on Friday, January 27.

I just think it's odd that they put the rotor blades on and then removed them ... hmmmmm.
