A good crowd turned out for the grand opening of Dynamic Hair Design, Wednesday night, at 383 Kincardine Avenue, Kincardine, beside Edward Fuels. Formerly on Queen Street beside Mac's Milk, the full-service hair salon now has more space and a beautifully-decorated, bright, vibrant look. Owner/operator Stacy Wise welcomed customers, friends and family to the new shop, and introduced her staff: hairstylists Jamie Fortney, Caitlin Kerr and Pam Doose; and her mother, Wendy Lamont. Lamont, a retired nurse, is offering new services at the salon: manicures, pedicures and foot care - particularly for diabetics and those in need of assistance with basic care. Several visitors at the grand opening were checking out the room where the shop now offers full-body waxing services. The new location is wheelchair-accessible and has plenty of parking out front. Wise has been operating her shop for almost seven years. It is open Monday, 9-6; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9-7; Friday, 9-6; and Saturday, 9-2. For more information, call 519-396-8888.
