Five-pin bowlers of all ages and abilities from the South-Port League took part in the Provincial Team tournament recently at Sunset Lanes in Port Elgin.

Seven teams took part and the winner (yet to be announced) will go forward to the next round in Hamilton.

Among some of the best five-pin bowlers in Ontario, Kevin Berg of Port Elgin has an average of 260-270.  On his team, Ruth Paulson comes in with a 240 average and the alternate bowler is April Berg.

Winners in Hamilton will go on to play in the inter-Provincial play-offs.
