A new building is under construction between the Inn on the Harbour and the Erie Belle Restaurant on Harbour Street

Thursday was a beautiful, sunny day, but there was a brisk wind blowing off the water along the Lake Huron shoreline in Kincardine.

Flowers are blooming, fields are being plowed and planted, and construction is under way - all sure signs of spring, even if snow flurries are predicted for the weekend.
