In response to the "Book Burning Letters" and "The ongoing need for data" (see DGR Page)

"Support the “YES” vote for continuing to the next phase." "Isn't it a fascinating issue?"

Why would anyone make these types of statements? It is not a 'fascinating issue"! You have to ask yourself, what is the agenda of the promoters of the DGR? What do we, the taxpayers, have to gain by having Canada's only nuclear dump in our Town with literally thousands of truckloads of nuclear waste travelling from all across Canada, destination Saugeen Shores. I am a Realtor in Saugeen Shores and I know other Realtors that have lost business already due to this 'fascinating issue" and some know people that are planning to leave the area permanently if this goes forward. If we go to the next phase, we as Realtors have an ethical dilemma, disclosure. We are obligated to inform potential home purchasers that the Town is in the process of exploring the aspects of building a nuclear waste dump in Saugeen Shores, not the best selling tool available to us.

I have an agenda, I love Saugeen Shores, leave it alone.
