Students at Ripley-Huron Community School were skipping class Friday afternoon, but it was for a good cause. Everyone from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 joined in the Jump Rope for Heart event at the school, raising money for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Every participant received a free skipping rope, and they made good use of them, enjoying the bright sunshine and warm temperature leading up to the holiday weekend.
