Riders are now almost evenly split between female and male riders

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Musical Ride thrilled the audience on Wednesday, June 20, as they performed  in Paisley, Ontario.

The group, recently returned from performing for the Queen in London during her Diamond Jubilee Celebrations, is now on a summer cross-county tour that includes many smaller rural communities.

Riders and horses appeared to effortlessly work together in unison manoeuvring through the many uniquely intricate patterns set to music for which they are have become famous.

According to organizers, approximately 3,000 people came out to see both the RCMP and various participants who will be taking part in the upcoming fair.
